Service Technician Calls
Service Call: Customer had an other a/c company out that represented a home warranty company. The service man told her that the blower motor was bad, that her home warranty didn't cover it, and he gave her a quote to do the repair. She asked me for a quote over the phone and we set up the appointment.
Air Conditioning Repair:Upon inspection of ac unit, I found that the blower motor was actually okay, and that the real problem was the capacitor that helps the motor start and run. I re-quoted the customer for this more affordable part and repaired the air conditioner.
Service Call: Landlord says that the air conditioner on one of his rental units isn't blowing any air out of the vents.
AC Repair:This unit is a split system ac with furnace air handler located in attic. The furnace control board is bad because its internal fan relay is not working. I replaced the control board after receiving authorization from his home warranty company and the blower motor, along with the rest of the ac system is now in good working order.
Service Call: The air conditioner doesn't turn on.
AC Repair Upon inspecting unit, tightening electrical
connections, measuring capacitors, motor amps, freon levels, pressures,
and cycling it on and off multiple times. This ac unit was cooling and
running fine. No problems were found. Explained to customer this and
informed them that there may be an intermittent problem that's not
currently presenting itself. And if the problem comes back, that there
wouldn't be a return service fee.

I saw Bradley's company in a comparison against most all the other Hvac companies in my area... while others sounded good, I was not impressed with what customers wrote about their service and fairness on pricing.... I think Bradley is extremely honest and you really do get pricing that is half of the other HVAC companies... Nice! Bradley is also the owner which I like. Nothing like dealing directly with the person that owns the business that you are buying from!!

I do IT consulting on my own so I thought that there must be smaller companies with hard working honest guys around that do AC work. Google brought up Bradley's web page, and actually read the testimonials and thought I would give him a shot. Bradley came and diagnosed the problem to be a motor, he spent an hour making sure, and returned after obtaining the part and finishing up the other work he had scheduled that day which ended up being 11:00pm to replace it so my family could get some sleep. NO WAY would a large company have come that late, at least not without extreemly heavy fees. Thanks for the fair price and Excellent service!
