Service Call: Customer said we were recommended by a friend of his and would like an ac inspection.
Air Conditioning Inspection: This was a York unit. Everything operated normally. No problems found.
Location: San Tan Valley, AZ.
Service Call: Customer states he would like an A/C Inspection.
Air conditioning Inspection: It was found that the compressor wasn't starting and running due to a faulty run cap. Quoted customer for repair and upon authorization, replaced part. Unit operates normally.
Service Call: Customer states that his unit is not cooling.
A/C Repair: System had low pressures due to a lack of refrigerant. Unit was topped off with freon R22 and added a leak seal as per customer request. Unit operates and cools.
Service Call: Customer states that his unit is cooling, but not down to the desired temperature at thermostat.
A/C Repair: System had lower than normal pressures at the indoor coil due to a constriction in the metering device. This wouldn't allow the proper flow of refrigerant to enter the evaporator coil. Part was replaced and unit operates normally.

Service Call: Customer is selling her rental home and wants an inspection on her air conditioning system.
A/C Service: This split system Airflow unit is in good working order. Recommended replacing the missing Arma-flex (insulation) on the suction line near the condensing unit, as home inspectors will ALWAYS write this up if it's corroded or missing. This small portion of piping insulation at the condensing unit has very little to do with the operational functionality or efficiency of the unit. However, if your selling your home, a home inspector will undoubtedly make you replace it.

thousands of dollars, as their are plenty of folks out their that sell
their homes due to major and expensive air conditioning problems, and

I saw Bradley's company in a comparison against most all the other Hvac companies in my area... while others sounded good, I was not impressed with what customers wrote about their service and fairness on pricing.... I think Bradley is extremely honest and you really do get pricing that is half of the other HVAC companies... Nice! Bradley is also the owner which I like. Nothing like dealing directly with the person that owns the business that you are buying from!!

I do IT consulting on my own so I thought that there must be smaller companies with hard working honest guys around that do AC work. Google brought up Bradley's web page, and actually read the testimonials and thought I would give him a shot. Bradley came and diagnosed the problem to be a motor, he spent an hour making sure, and returned after obtaining the part and finishing up the other work he had scheduled that day which ended up being 11:00pm to replace it so my family could get some sleep. NO WAY would a large company have come that late, at least not without extreemly heavy fees. Thanks for the fair price and Excellent service!
